A man died in the courtyard of the police station in Oss in the night from Saturday to Sunday. The man became unwell after he was arrested by the police. Emergency services were signed, but all help came too late.
The man was arrested on Saturday night because he was suspected of a burglary in Oss. After his arrest, the man was transferred to the police station on Raadhuislaan in Oss. Once there, he became unwell. Agents have resuscitated the man in vain. A trauma helicopter and an ambulance were called.
A large tent has been placed in the courtyard of the desk where research is being done. The investigation is done by employees of forensic investigation of another police unit. This is done under the leadership of the National Criminal Investigation Department, they are committed if independent investigation has to be done into the police actions.
Where the arrestant comes from and how old he is, was not announced by the police.
