There are hints on Instagram about an album coming out in 2024.
“See you next year”: Ariana Grande’s latest Instagram post shows, among other things, photos from the studio. The post’s comments speculate that the singer will release a new album next year, and the singer’s followers are excited to see what Grande has in store for her seventh record.

The photo series that the 30-year-old published on Wednesday (December 27th) shows a mix of different images. Including several snapshots from a recording studio. In the artist’s Instagram story there was another, clearer reference to an album: she wrote “two moods of the album” and showed two photos. In one, she is seen dancing, apparently on a Facetime video call. In the other, she shows herself in the studio with watery eyes and a thumbs up.

The album has not been officially announced yet. This means that neither a specific release date nor possible content is known. In her Instagram post, at one point in a video you can hear someone saying: “Almost the last day of this album.” So it seems like the record is almost finished. Grande’s last album POSITIONS was released in 2020. This year she released a re-recorded version of it on the tenth anniversary of her first record YOURS TRULY.
It was recently known that the artist was in front of the camera for the film adaptation of the musical classic “Wicked” and was therefore not working on new music. She said this to a fan in May 2022. The hints of new music from the pop star make the followers even more happy, as can be seen in the comments on Instagram.
