In a statement this Thursday, the department added that the Sindicatura issued interim conclusionsabout which the SEM opened a file in October with the support of an external auditor to determine the amounts to claim to the supplier and execute the claim.

The Syndicate concluded that the surcharge paid in the performance of this contract”is unreasonable and does not comply with general principles of economy and efficiency in the management of public funds”.
