20-year-old national football player Arda Güler, who plays for Real Madrid, one of Spain’s LaLiga teams, was nominated for the “Best Playmaker of the Year 2025 Award” by the International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS).
According to the statement on the IFFHS website, 15 football players were determined for the Best Playmaker of the Year 2025 Award.
The award-winning football player will be selected by a jury consisting of sports journalists and football experts from 120 countries.
It was stated that the evaluation was based on the players’ annual (January-December) performance, not the season.
