Archaeologists encounter ‘mysterious floor’ made of bones in Alkmaar | Domestic

ALKMAAR – An ancient floor has been found in a building in the center of Alkmaar that partly consists of animal bones. This concerns the metacarpal and metatarsal bones of cattle. The municipality speaks of “a mysterious floor” and calls it a “very special find.”
