The Kingdom Council of Ministers has approved the appointment of Mr CRM Wallé as chairman of the supervisory board of the Sint Maarten Integrity Chamber. The appointment is for a period of 3 years. This appointment will officially come into effect with a Royal Decree on November 1, 2025.
According to the established procedure, the 2 members of the supervisory board must issue a binding written advice for this appointment.
The Sint Maarten Integrity Chamber advises and makes proposals for the general policy for integrity promotion in Sint Maarten and conducts (preliminary) investigations into suspected abuses.
