mr. PAM Pijnenburg (1961) will be appointed as a member of the Joint Court of Justice with effect from 1 May this year. He succeeds mr MM de Werd.
The Kingdom Council of Ministers has approved the appointment on the recommendation of Minister Weerwind for Legal Protection. Mr Pijnenburg has been a deputy member of the Joint Court of Justice since 2016 and is a justice at the Court of Appeal in Den Bosch.
