Last month it was announced that Apple had been fined because app developers are required to use Apple’s own payment system. Apple has not yet responded to the Reuters news agency about the matter. Earlier, the company said it “respectfully disagrees” with the alleged competitive advantage accusation.
The group had already withdrawn from Russia after the Russian invasion of Ukraine. New apps can no longer be purchased in the App Store in the country and Russian developers cannot offer their apps elsewhere.
