A fire broke out again on Friday at an oil refinery in the town of Ilski near the southern Russian city of Krasnodar. That is already the second day in a row, because yesterday a storage tank was on fire after a drone attack. In recent days, one oil depot after another has gone up in flames in the south of Russia. This may have to do with Ukraine’s long-awaited spring offensive.
