A fiber optic cable was damaged again in the Baltic Sea on Sunday morning. The cable ran between Latvia and Sweden, and was used by the Latvian state broadcaster. According to the operator, an “external impact” is responsible for the damage, an investigation has been launched and the navy and intelligence services are monitoring several ships in the area. A seized ship was reported on Sunday evening.
