As expected, the Hamburg jewelry chain Bijou Brigitte fashion accessories AG closed the 2024 financial year with an increase in sales. This emerges from preliminary figures that the company published on Thursday.
Accordingly, sales last year amounted to 333.7 million euros. This corresponded to an increase of 1.8 percent compared to 2023. Revenues were therefore within the forecast range, which ranged from 330.0 to 350.0 million euros. The retailer continued its “positive sales development in the fourth quarter of the past financial year,” it said in a statement.
Over the past year, Bijou Brigitte expanded its branch network from 897 to 913 locations. The company plans to publish information on the results and the dividend proposal “probably in the second half of March”.
