Milano, 11 May. (askanews) – A perfect and exciting performance, Annalisa is the queen of Milan. With 16,000 attendees it debuted at the Unipol Dome and was sold out. She is the first woman to perform in the new arena in the city, the fans welcomed her warmly and she responded with a 2 and a half hour show in which she sang all her hits one after the other, to which was added the surprise performance of “Nessun dorma”. “I’m very happy and honored to have had this gigantic opportunity. It’s an incredible location and so who knows how many more concerts will happen here and this makes me feel even more honored.”
A high-level show, masterfully constructed; on stage the usual musicians, as well as 14 dancers directed by Simone Baroni, with high-impact scenography. Annalisa confirms herself as one of the most important voices in Italian music, who has been able to grow over the years, even overcoming criticism and difficult moments. “Well, let’s say that criticism can do one or the other thing, it always depends on how one receives it and then it depends on who it comes from. If the right criticism comes, it is the one that can in some way sting you and make you think. Then there is a whole series of things that have no weight, they shouldn’t have any weight, in fact I hope to convey this message in general to all those who perhaps experience slightly difficult moments on social media, many things really need to be eliminated, not even looked at. You just have to concentrate on yourself and if there is something we want to modify or change, only we know it and that’s kind of the point.”
His new single “Summer Song” has reached the top of radio airplay, but he is not making any statements about the future. “For now I can’t say yet, I focused a lot on these chapters 1 and 2 which I had already imagined and we will only find out by living”.
