Abreu tells about his decision on Instagram. He says that he will be entrenched in his home for “quarantine” starting tomorrow, Thursday. The Emma gala will take place on Saturday, March 7.

– After tomorrow, my full quarantine starts, which means I won’t leave the gym (except for a run) before the arenas. So I won’t be seen in Emma this year, even though I’m nominated. Grateful for the nominations, Abreu writes in his Instagram story.
– My biggest fear at the moment is that I would have to leave the arena in pain, he continues.

Abreu will perform on March 20 and 21 at Veikkaus-arena. The artist has updated on social media about his preparations for arena gigs. The concerts celebrate Abreu’s 20-year career. Abreu has previously said that he will take a break for several years after the arena concerts.
