One of the most striking measures is the use of Angela’s and Angelos, confidants of the Flow organization, who will be visibly present during nightlife. These employees are there to support visitors and to act with cross -border behavior.
“We are already active in other nightlife neighborhoods, such as Overpoort in Ghent,” says Adriaan Doutrepont of Flow. “Our goal is to keep an eye on things and ensure a safe atmosphere.”
