British ex-prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor66, has been released, news reports BBC and CNN.
According to the BBC, at 18:50 local time, a black car arrived at the Aylsham police station to pick up the ex-prince. According to the website Fotografiaja, Andrew tried to hide by lying in the back seat of the car.
Andrew was detained for just under 11 hours.
Andrew was arrested on his birthday at eight in the morning on suspicion of abuse of office. On the same day, police began a search of Andrew’s former home in Windsor Great Park. The police investigation is related to the allegations made in the Epstein documents.
According to the British media, Andrew is suspected of passing on confidential information to a businessman convicted of sexual crimes For Jeffrey Epstein.
