André Hazes Jr. and Roxeanne Hazes who sit down on the Voice of Holland on the Duo Seat of Suzan & Freek? A very bad idea, says Evert Santegoeds. “That doesn’t seem so chic to me.”
Now that Freek Rikkerink (32) is incurably ill, Suzan & Freek give up their duo chair at The Voice of Holland. RTL 4 has announced that the recordings as planned just start at the end of the summer, but then of course a successor must be found for the singing couple. Who would be suitable for last minute to fly in?
Not so chic

Evert: “If you have to let Suzan & Freek go, then I think you just have to go to a single chair, because otherwise you have the whole time: Suzan & Freek should have been there. They are not there, and that is a very painful look.”
Jordi: “That is my feeling that it is also too early to say something about it now.”
Knot
Evert thinks that RTL should indeed be in a hurry. “Well, those recordings would start in July, isn’t it. I don’t think a knot should be made about it. But I think a solo chair is better than a duo chair in the coming season.”
Jordi: “I agree with. I think it is also smart to grab someone who, for example, would already sit with The Voice Kids, so that it doesn’t come from outside.”
Very difficult
Finding someone who has nothing to do with The Voice will be difficult, Jordi thinks. “Because it seems very difficult to me as an artist if you are called from:” Joh, do you want to replace Suzan & Freek? ” To say yes … because then you know that you will get interviews. “
Evert: “Especially as a duo, so I think it can be solved a bit more elegant in this way. As far as I look at it of course.”
