The investigation into alleged acts of corruption in the National Disability Agency (Andis) has gained new judicial momentum. The focus of the investigations is on a series of screenshots of WhatsApp chats that detail illegal fundraising maneuvers. In these conversations, the intermediaries repeatedly mention that the money from the returns has a specific destination: a figure identified only by the initials “KM”the same as Karina Milei.
According to the information included in the file, the plot involves former officials of the agency, particularly pointing to Maximiliano Keczeli as one of the key names in managing these requests for money from suppliers. In the expert messages, the tone of the demand is direct and places the responsibility for collection above the formal structure of the organization, suggesting that the funds did not remain in the hands of the collectors, but rather had to “go up” in the hierarchical scale.
The recurrence of acronyms “KM” has led researchers to analyze the links with the environment of maximum trust in the Casa Rosada. The main suspicion of Justice is to determine if those initials correspond to Karina Mileigeneral secretary of the Presidency, given its strategic position and its direct relationship with the officials involved in the area.
The scandal, which hits the core of the official discourse against corruption, puts the Government’s narrative of transparency in check. While Justice tries to certify if the identity behind the initials is indeed that of the president’s sister or if her name was used to give political cover to the maneuver, the institutional impact grows. The investigation now seeks to confirm whether the money collected in an organization intended for the most vulnerable sectors was diverted to finance political structures.
