ANALYSIS. The hope that Putin’s regime can be broken has been killed in one fell swoop

According to Russian media, Yevgeny Prigozhin is dead exactly two months after his uprising. Crashed or killed, it doesn’t really matter that much. We’re betting on the latter, but it doesn’t even need to be proven to restore Vladimir Putin to power. Perhaps not yet in Africa, but elsewhere the example of the Wagner boss will suffice to quell any form of rebellion.
