In Germany, the American technology company Amazon opened a hub on Wednesday afternoon where materials are stored to provide disaster relief. The hub is located in Rheinberg, near Duisburg in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia, about 80 kilometers from the Belgian border. This is Amazon’s first repository of resources in Europe.
