What good are the titles?
The collection that Amazon is offering on the occasion of Prime Day is a mixed bag. While “Mass Effect: Legendary Edition” or the three Star Wars titles are certainly familiar to many people interested in gaming, the other games come from lesser-known studios. Nevertheless, one or the other game is worthwhile in any case. We present some highlights.
Bang Bang Racing (instead of 9.99 euros)
This arcade racing game demands speed, responsiveness and sensitivity. A total of nine completely different racetracks and over 20 racing cars are available. In addition to the challenging route, there are also environmental influences such as rain or sand.
HUE (instead of 14.99 euros)
“HUE” is a colorful puzzle platform game that Amazon is giving away for Prime Day. As a player you explore a dangerous and colorless land in search of your missing mother. Along the way, you have to collect color fragments, overcome obstacles and make the world more colorful again.
Rain World (instead of 19.99 euros)
As a cat snail, you explore the flooded game world in “Rain World”. The Survive-Jump-‘n’-Run-Game opens up a completely new perspective. In addition to menacing downpours, there are also plenty of predators and other dangers lurking.
Star Wars: Republic Commando (instead of 14.99 euros)
This first-person shooter from the Star Wars universe has enjoyed enormous popularity since its release in 2005. As the leader of the eponymous Republic Commando, you must tactically maneuver your team through enemy camps. For us, one of the biggest highlights of the Prime Day games campaign.

How to get Prime Day free games
If you have an active Prime subscription, you can find the Amazon Prime Day offer on the Prime Gaming overview page under “Games available for free with Prime”. The games are available for direct download there. Most of the titles are then tied to the Prime account. In some exceptional cases, you will receive an activation code by email for the Electronic Arts games in order to play them on the in-house platform Origin.
Overall, the games on offer for Amazon Prime Day 2022 are good. Both the selection of titles and the savings are worthwhile for those who are interested. That Amazon-Offer is only for Prime-Customers who gamble on the PC. Unfortunately, those who prefer to play on a console will not benefit from the free campaign.
