All amateur football matches scheduled for Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 January have been cancelled. The KNVB decided this because of the winter weather. It is not yet certain whether the North Holland get-togethers in the Premier League will continue this weekend.
Previously, all professional football matches on Friday were cancelled. A decision about the rest of the football weekend, including the matches AZ – FC Volendam and Telstar – Ajax, will be made at a later date.
If everything goes ahead, AZ will play against FC Volendam on Saturday at 4:30 PM. A day later, Telstar and Ajax will face each other at 2:30 PM.
