The latter has the endorsement of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) and is validated in the country by the Argentine Institute of Standardization and Certification (IRAM).
Previously, the hotel has achieved certifications for its accessibility policieswhich seek to integrate people with disabilities and the seal cooking to promote and guarantee 100% menu in tune with the environment, be cared for all the processes that range from the acquisition of raw materials to the elaboration of the dishes. Also, Nespresso Recycling Award highlighted the work of Alvear Icon Hotel in the recycling of coffee capsules, which allowed to generate 95 kg of compost for more than 100 orchards in rural schools and the recovery of 21 kg of aluminum, giving them a second life and contributing to the protection of the environment.
