Ski star Marco Odermatt presented himself with bald head on Tuesday. A competitor immediately made a comment.
Super-G world champion Marco Odermatt also inspires the audience with the current SKI World Cup. The fast Swiss already secured his first gold and now presented himself with bald head. The 27-year-old had previously had longer hair and joked on Servus TV in the program “Sport and Talk from the Hangar-7”: “There is something about the ears.”
Then he added that his girlfriend Stella found the sight very unusual at the beginning: “At first she was not so enthusiastic. But then it quickly went in a good direction. And the hair was growing again.”
In addition to Odermatt, his teammates, departure world champion Franjo von Allmen and Stefan Rogenin, also scored their hair. On Instagram, Odermatt’s competitor, Lucas Pinheiro Braathen, a photo of the ski racer with bald head and wrote: “Hopefully this haircut will not make him even faster.”
The International Ski Association also posted the photo of Odermatt and commented: “Areodynamic.”
