The arrival of Franco Colapinto in the role of third pilot upsets the balance of the team before the street of the season. But the goal of Flavio Briatore is clear: to choose the best, to amaze and aim to win
“We understood what did not work inside the team, now that we have put everything in order we can work to improve ourselves.” Since last year Flavio Briatore entered the Alpine in the role of executive councilor things, for the French team in Formula 1, have changed quickly. Disorganization and lack of hierarchies, but also few ambitions in view of the future. An attitude that the Italian manager wanted to strongly modify, focusing on a “a way of working as a racing team” that was missing within the walls of the team. The improvements seen in 2024, however, are not enough and the objectives of Briatore are solid in view of the season at the gates and the future of the next few years in the top flight: “In 2025 the alpine must always be among the first six, perhaps fighting also for some podium.
