Alphonso Davies is said to have reached an agreement with Real Madrid

Alphonso Davies was recently missing from FC Bayern due to injury. However, the defender is said to have already made contact with another club.

On Monday, Max Eberl is to be confirmed as the new sports director at an FC Bayern supervisory board meeting. The 50-year-old will probably have a lot to do afterwards. According to “Kicker”, five professionals are set to leave the club. Twelve players are therefore being discussed. It is not known whether Alphonso Davies would be one of the departures.

But: There is new transfer speculation surrounding the Canadian left-back. The US portal “The Athletic” reported on Monday that Real Madrid and Davies are said to have verbally agreed on a commitment either after this season or in the summer of 2025.

The portal did not name any sources for this. The TV channel Sky and the Spanish newspaper “Marca” also reported on negotiations between the Madrilenians and Davies, whose contract with Bayern expires in 2025. If he were to leave the Bundesliga in a few months, the Munich team would still collect a transfer fee – but not again a year later. Davies has not been able to play since the beginning of February due to a strained knee ligament.
