Clash in court between Massimiliano Allegri and Andrea Dipré. The Milan coach has YouTuber reported for violation of privacy after he showed his phone number during a prank call live on social media. Today, 23 October, the first hearing took place in Turin Andrea Diprè was sent to trial. The trial could begin on January 26, 2026, but in the meantime the two parties have time to reach an out-of-court settlement.

Andrea Dipré, Considered as one of the pioneers of trash, he became famous on social media for his viral, provocative videos, often full of vulgarity, praising drugs and prostitution, but also for his relationship with the showgirl Sara Tommasi. The coach denounced Dipré, convinced that the action was deliberate and not a simple oversight by the YouTuber. The Turin prosecutor’s office obtained the indictment precisely with the belief that the mobile number was distributed to profit from it and cause damage. Dipré’s lawyer, Marika Piccoli, a TorinoToday he declared that it was only a prank by his client who he would not have noticed the visible number and immediately apologized. After commenting on the news of the lawsuit on social media by saying: “With everything that Juventus stole from Florence, will you report me?”, today Dipré is more worried and said he was scared of Allegri’s lawyers. “They are very rigorous” commented the YouTuber, “I wasn’t in bad faith and the video was joking. Since he left Juventus, I respect him a lot”.

Diprè said he was willing to compensate Allegri and if the negotiations between the parties were to succeed, it could lead to a waiver by the coached party to join the civil action or a withdrawal of the complaint. In this second case there should be a ruling of no place to proceed given that the violation of privacy is only possible with a complaint from one party.
