New charges

Now three members of the production have sued Baldwin. In charge of props Ross AddiegoDresser Doran Curtin and the filming team Reese Price claim to have suffered “blast injuries” from the deafening sound of the gunshot.

According to the documents, Hutchins fell to the ground directly in front of Curtin at the church where the accident occurred.

– Curtin put his hand on Hutchins’ stomach to try to find the source of Hutchins’ pain and figure out what had happened. Amid all the chaos, Curtin was soon ushered out of the church. When he was outside, he fell to the ground due to the after-effect and shock of the explosion, the challenge states.

Baldwin is accused of not focusing enough on training with the gun and making sure the gun was not loaded with the correct bullet. Baldwin is also accused of pulling the trigger.

The indictment alleges that the producers hired people for the production who had previously been subject to security complaints, such as the film’s first assistant director By David Halls. Gunsmith Hannah Gutierrez’s name is also brought up in the indictment. In Reed’s experience, he was only hired because production prioritized fast and cheap production.

Other production members in New Mexico and California have also taken legal action in the past. Baldwin’s lawyers previously filed one countersuit, implicating four other people in the shooting and emphasizing the actor’s innocence.

Hutchins’ widow Matthew filed suit a year ago. In October, he agreed to a settlement, according to which the film can be completed. According to the current plans, filming will continue in the summer and Baldwin will remain in the main role of the film. Hutchins’ sister and parents filed the lawsuit earlier this month.

Last week, Rust Movie Productions paid $100,000, or about €94,460, to the New Mexico Occupational Safety and Health Administration for a workplace safety commitment.

Baldwin has recently suffered from anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder.

Baldwin is best known for movies, among other things The Departed, It’s Complicated and The Cooler.
