According to British newspaper The Sun, Baldwin will star in the film ’97’. The print tells the story of a plane that is hijacked. Then the plane threatens to crash because there is no longer enough fuel. “The shooting will continue in secret, but there is much talk that Alec has resumed his work as an actor,” said an insider. The source also said that safety is a top priority on the set. The number of crew members is also kept to a minimum so that Baldwin can “concentrate on his work”.

A spokesperson for the actor has not yet responded to the news, but Alec Baldwin himself announced earlier this week that he was about to take the plane. “I am about to leave, because I have a small assignment. I just hate leaving my family behind.” The 63-year-old actor did confirm that he was at the airport.
Alec Baldwin inadvertently fired a loaded weapon on the set of the movie ‘Rest’ in October 2021 that killed 42-year-old camerawoman Halyna Hutchins. The gun should have contained blanks, but how this could have happened is still under investigation.
