Rolf Aldag has promised the German hope of Florian Lipowitz for the Tour de France.

Lipowitz should “just drive hard” in the France tour of France, which starts on Saturday, said Aldag. In the first line, it is about reaching Paris after three weeks. Because of this long-term goal, the 25-year-old also did without the German championship last Sunday.
“It was again about gaining freshness both mentally and physically,” said Aldag. In view of the heat battle of Linden, this was “probably the right decision”.
