Champion Alba Berlin has confirmed his strong form in the Basketball Bundesliga (BBL).
The second in the table celebrated their eighth win in a row with 96:81 (56:42) against the Hamburg Towers and with 48:12 points moved closer to the leaders Telekom Baskets Bonn (50:14).
National players Maodo Lo (17 points) and Johannes Thiemann (15) stood out at Alba.
Despite the defeat, the guests from the Hanseatic city still have their sights set on the playoffs. One win in the last two games and the Towers are in the championship round on their own.
