Abandoned suitcases have caused panic at Christmas markets in Cologne for two nights in a row. After the discovery of the mysterious suitcases, the markets were immediately evacuated. But each time they turned out to be filled with sand. The German police are nevertheless taking the matter very seriously and have started a manhunt to find the unknown perpetrator(s), who may want to sow fear and chaos.
