Katri and Aki Riihilahti say that they are looking forward to being able to go camping in the summer.

Katri and Aki Riihilahti say that camping is a break from everyday life for them in the summer.
Katri’s early summer has passed, telling about Katri Helena Katri-in the rehearsals of the musical. Katri is the choreographer of the musical.
– I have been here every day to guide and encourage the actors, Katri says.
Aki arrived at the premiere of the musical to watch the show. He tells Katri that he is proud that he got to make a musical for an iconic character.
– He is proud to have been able to create such a generational experience, Aki enthuses.
Katri is looking forward to spending time with her family after her busy schedule.
The family plans to spend time at the cottage in the summer. For them, camping means a break from everyday life.
Aki says that the children like fishing.
– The smallest one may not be able to go yet, even though he is very enthusiastic about fishing, says Aki.
Camping was important to Aki already during his football career.
– The moment when you’ve got everything done and you can drive to the cabin. Access to the cottage’s yard is a truly liberating experience, says Aki.
– Still a real feeling about how it feels. Now just put the phone away and enjoy the Finnish summer.
They are also planning a trip to Southern Europe for the end of the summer.
The couple’s child Kevin was born in the fall of 2024. Katri has described that Kevin is not a shy child at all like his parents.
– In his own language, he babbles a lot and loudly, says Katri.
Aki has two children from his previous marriage.
The couple got to know each other in 2021 Dancing with the stars – program, where Katri got Aki as her star student. The friendship formed on the set turned into love. They got married in August 2023.
Katri has said that they are united by open conversation and humor. According to him, Aki always remembers to stress how important it is to maintain a relationship and organize one-on-one time.
