Agustín, how were your beginnings in the real estate field?
14 years ago I discovered my passion for the real estate world. Since then, I started training starting with the Auctioneer and Real Estate Broker career (UCA 2011-2013), then I completed the GDI postgraduate course – Real Estate Management and Development (UDESA 2017) and finally the REAP Argentina Uruguay (Real Estate Advanced Practices 2025). Today, at 35 years old, I have become a specialist convinced that this is not a property business, but rather a business of relationships and people.

What is your current specialty?
Currently I focus on the residential segment in the City of Buenos Aires, mainly in Recoleta, Retiro, Palermo, Belgrano, Núñez and the entire northern corridor. They are neighborhoods with a very marked identity, great movement and sustained demand that makes them strategic settings for both living and investing.

In addition to the residential segment, you are also a developer. What is it about?
Yes, I develop real estate projects in Capilla del Señor, Exaltación de la Cruz district. There, together with my partners, we promote open and closed neighborhoods designed for those seeking nature, tranquility and space, while still being close to the city. It is an exciting challenge because it is about projecting quality of life for the future in an area of ​​full growth.

How do you analyze the residential market at the moment?
Very active. The purchase and sale of real estate has been showing sustained growth, with deeds that month after month exceed previous records. This reflects the confidence of those who understand that brick continues to be a store of value and, at the same time, a solid investment opportunity.

What are your differentials as a real estate broker?
I firmly believe that this business is not about property, but about people. My priority is to listen to and understand the needs of each client. I don’t sell square meters: I support life projects. That look is what motivates me every day and what allows me to generate lasting bonds of trust. My obsession is the client: dazzling them with the treatment throughout the entire process. That way I believe I can create bonds that last a lifetime.

What expectations do you have for the future?
Continue growing on both fronts: the urban residential market and land developments. The potential is enormous and I am convinced that, with professionalism and vision, opportunities can be created for everyone: savers, families and investors. My purpose is to generate added value and leave a mark in each real estate operation or project.
