Prime Minister Schoof has reached agreement with the group leaders and Deputy Prime Ministers of VVD, NSC and BBB about how the portfolios of the former PVV ministers are invested. These were released after the PVV ministers offered their resignation to his Majesty the King on 3 June.
For the 3 new ministers to be appointed and the 3 new State Secretariats to be appointed, persons in question will be nominated in the coming period. For all candidate ministers and candidate-state secretaries, the usual investigations take place. They are then sworn in on the recommendation of the Prime Minister in front of his Majesty.
Until this full process is completed, the current replacement scheme applies.
The distribution looks like this:
Minister of Asylum and Migration
Minister of Justice and Security (VVD) is charged with the management of the Department of Asylum and Migration and the matters concerning the asylum procedure and aliens (IND), Return and departure (DTENV), Asylum Nood Measures Act, Aliens Detency, Grenszorgicht and Criminalization do not cooperate.
Minister of Social Affairs and Employment (NSC) is also charged with the matters concerning migration, international agreements of origin countries and EU migration pact.
Minister of Housing and Spatial Planning (BBB) is also charged with the matters concerning the COA and reception policy, municipal housing, Ukrainian displaced persons, two -status system, Spreading Act and abolition of the task and priority status holders.
Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Aid
The Minister of Foreign Affairs (NSC) is also charged with the matters concerning development aid.
Minister of Economic Affairs
VVD nominates candidate minister.
Minister of Health Welfare and Sport
NSC nominates candidate minister.
Infrastructure and Water Management Minister
BBB nominates candidate minister.
State Secretary for Justice and Security
The State Secretary for Legal Protection (NSC) is also charged with the matters concerning the portfolio of the former State Secretary of JenV, including DJI.
The State Secretary for Participation and Integration (VVD) is also charged with matters concerning integration.
State Secretary for Kingdom Relations and Digitization
The State Secretary for Restore Groningen (BBB) is also charged with the matters concerning kingdom relationships and digitization.
State Secretary Long -term and Social Care
BBB nominates candidate-state secretary.
State Secretary for Public Transport and the Environment
VVD nominates candidate state secretary.
State Secretary for Foreign Trade
NSC nominates a candidate state secretary.
