In exactly six months the time will come: the renovated Theater in Kortrijk will reopen on November 4 at 3 p.m. From November 4 to 8, the city and the theater team are organizing an extensive opening festival that also marks the start of the new cultural season. According to director Alexander Ververken, the reopening will be a total experience: “There will be major concerts, but also intimate performances, workshops and small DJ sets in surprising places in the building.”
In addition to paying performances, the opening festival also includes many free activities, such as guided tours and a look behind the scenes. A big name from the music world will be on stage on Saturday, November 7, but it will only be announced later.
