The ski racing driver Matteo Franzoso recently died after a bad fall. Now his girlfriend shares touching farewell words.

He was 25 years when he was torn from life. Skir racing driver Matteo Franzoso had so much plans and wanted to take part in his first Olympic Games next year. The ski ace fell heavily during training in Chile and later died of the consequences. Now his girlfriend has said goodbye.

Alice Vanni shared an entire photo series with snapshots on Instagram and Franzoso. There are also pictures on which only the late ski racer is to be torn. Vanni shared a mourning text by the English theologian Henry Scott Holland entitled “Death is nothing”.

Among other things, it includes the line: “Death is nothing. I only went to the other side: as if I was hidden in the next room.” In reference to this, Alice Vanni wrote to her late partner: “It leaves me your breath that you are in the next room and not here with me to go the way we chose together.”

Then she added: “I will protect you and protect our love, tomorrow, tomorrow and forever. This thread that connects us. You forever my mime, I forever your doll. I love you.”

The Swiss newspaper “Blick” writes that Franzoso was buried on Tuesday. His mother Olga also shared emotional words. According to the newspaper, she said: “As a child, you dreamed of the Olympic Games and were about to realize this dream. You are our hero. For me you have already won the Olympics. Go on to ski, my dear. They are waiting for you in paradise.”
