Anyone who got out of bed early on Sunday morning could enjoy a lovely white layer of snow. Brabant woke up to winter atmospheres, but the snow soon turned to rain. And after a wintry morning, an autumnal afternoon and a drizzly evening, temperatures of over ten degrees await us again on Monday. “It will be quite warm for this time of year and the temperature will not drop. It can even reach thirteen degrees,” says weatherman Raymond Klaassen of Weerplaza.
Anyone who still hopes that Sunday will end dry is out of luck: it will remain soaking wet for the rest of the day. On Monday it will remain cloudy and rainy throughout the province with temperatures around eleven to thirteen degrees. “During the day the wind turns to the west and then some colder air returns. It remains cloudy and from time to time there is a shower,” says our weatherman.
We certainly shouldn’t expect sunshine on Monday, but according to Klaassen the chance of sunshine will increase later this week, although it will be slightly colder during the day. “There will still be some wintry showers on Tuesday, but there may still be a little sun between those showers.”
