AFTER MARKET/XDAX -0.4% to 16,137 points – SAP under pressure

FRANKFURT (Dow Jones) — In the wake of the predominantly weak specifications from the USA, prices fell somewhat in after-hours trading on Thursday

SAP fell 4.4 percent after the software giant reported strong second-quarter numbers but lowered its full-year forecast for cloud revenue.

Among the second-line stocks, the shares of Traumhaus AG reacted positively to the announcement of a capital increase, which is to take place as part of a private placement. The new shares will therefore be placed at a price of EUR 6.35. The dream house share ended Xetra trading 4.2 percent higher at EUR 6.25. On Tradegate, the shares were quoted at EUR 6.50 in the evening.

After a profit warning, Surteco became cheaper by 4 percent. The provisional figures from Alba (-1.2% at Lang & Schwarz) were also received negatively. The company reported negative after-tax earnings for the first half of the year.

SHS Viveon showed little change. At the company’s annual general meeting on Thursday, all items on the agenda were removed at the request of a shareholder, as SHS Viveon announced in the evening. Therefore no decisions were made. The next general meeting will probably take place in October. One item on the agenda will be the election of the Supervisory Board, as the members of the Supervisory Board have announced that they will resign at the next Annual General Meeting.
