Madonna is looking for her Coachella stage outfit. The 67-year-old appeared as a surprise guest at Sabrina Carpenter at Coachella 2026. The outfit she wore at the appearance has now apparently disappeared.
Madonna makes an emotional statement
“I’m still on cloud nine since Friday night at Coachella! Thanks to Sabrina and everyone who made this possible. It was so exciting to bring Confessions II back to where it all began,” the singer wrote after the show. It had a special meaning for her, “until I realized that the vintage pieces I was wearing were gone – my costume, which came from my personal archive: jacket, corset, dress and all the other pieces.”
Archive items of historical value
The pop queen wore a purple vintage corset bodysuit paired with purple stockings and lavender gloves for her guest appearance. According to Madonna, the Gucci jacket and corset are from her first Coachella appearance 20 years ago.
Singer asks for return – reward offered
Now the singer launched an appeal: There is a reward in store for the return of the missing items of clothing.
Madonna emphasized that the items are part of her history as a pop singer. “Other archival items from the same period have also disappeared. I hope and pray that a kind soul finds these items and contacts my team.”
Surprise appearance with a taste of the new album
The singer surprised everyone with her guest appearance at Coachella, where she performed the hits “Vogue” and “Like a Prayer” as well as a previously unreleased track as a duet with Carpenter. This song is expected to be part of her new album that she announced recently. “Confessions on a Dancefloor II” is due on Published July 3rd.
