After 2 years of working in times of corona: employee expects more from employer

Employees are becoming more and more confident. After two years of working in times of corona, they expect more from their employer. 6 out of 10 count on more flexibility from the boss about where, when and on which tasks work is done, according to research by the Antwerp Management School, in collaboration with UGent.
