AD’s lawyer calls the judge’s publication ban on sound recordings made by the late Peter R. de Vries ‘an attempt to muzzle the Dutch press’. He said this on Monday during the public part of the appeal in this matter. The case was then dealt with behind closed doors. The court in Amsterdam plans to rule ‘as quickly as possible’, probably within one to two weeks.
