After four years, Italy is once again represented in the body that establishes motorsport regulations
Lawyer Geronimo La Russa has been elected to the World Council for Motor Sport of the International Automobile Federation. Voting took place in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, where the FIA General Assemblies were held. The ballot box awarded La Russa with a broad consensus, obtained from the vote of the 146 eligible national sports federations, making him the second most voted among the 14 directly elected to the Council.
