This afternoon, a lot of police showed up in the city center of Bruges when it turned out that supporters of Olympique Marseille were in the center after all. The combination arrangement of ticket in combination with bus from the French border appears not to be watertight. The police now mainly want to avoid a confrontation with Club supporters.
In the meantime, things are going as planned at the border crossing in Rekkem (Menen). Hundreds of Marseille supporters are waiting there for the bus. The intention is that they do this again immediately after the match, but in the opposite direction, from Jan Breydel to the border.
