Planning the work
From Thursday, May 14 at 8:00 PM to Monday, May 18 at 5:00 AM, work will be carried out on the road half from Uitgeest to Alkmaar. This means that there is no traffic towards Alkmaar at night.
From Monday, May 18 at 5:00 AM to Tuesday, June 9 at 8:00 PM, traffic on the A9 will drive on narrowed lanes. During this period, the old asphalt is removed and the new asphalt is applied over a stretch of 10 kilometers.
The final phase will start on Tuesday, June 9 at 8 p.m. For example, work is being done on the asphalt of several driveways and the temporary road design is being removed.
The A9 from Alkmaar to Uitgeest, including the connections N9 and N242, will be closed at night on Tuesday, June 9 and Wednesday, June 10 and from Thursday, June 11, 8:00 PM to Monday, June 15, 5:00 AM.
The A9 from Uitgeest to Alkmaar, including the Uitgeest entrance and the Akersloot exit and entrance, is closed at night from Friday, June 12 to Monday, June 15.
