An accident happened this evening on the A28 at the Lankhorst junction. As a result, the highway in the direction of Meppel and Hoogeveen is completely closed.
Two vehicles were involved in the accident, one of which came to a stop in the middle of both lanes. The vehicle was extensively damaged. It is not known whether the occupants were injured.
