An accident happened on the A17 in which a car ended up in the ditch. That happened between Zevenbergen and Moerdijk. A trauma helicopter has been called up and the road is close in the direction of Rotterdam.
Two occupants were injured in the accident. According to the police, it is probably a head-tail collision. Traffic specialists are investigating the cause of the accident.
Traffic is diverted via the A58 and A16. Until when the road stays closed, it is not yet known.
