2024 has been a year of transformations at LB COMPANY. Not only have we grown and advanced in projects, but we have also expanded our large family. This growth is not only measured in numbers, but in the stories, talents and energies that each new member has contributed.
We started the year with 32 collaborators who shared our vision, and today we close 2024 with more than 100 people who, every day, put their passion and commitment into making our collective dreams come true.
We have learned that true success is not only in tangible results, but in the energy, creativity and dedication of those who work side by side to achieve shared goals. We are a united team, driven by working together and trusting in what we do.
This year was full of challenges, team and goals achieved. Among our main milestones we highlight:
- Cardinal Shopping Construction Start: The work is progressing at a steady pace. With an innovative business plan that integrates multiple areas without competition between them, we have attracted important companies and professionals to bring this ambitious project to life. We are proud to announce that 77% of the spaces are already sold.
- Pilar Municipal Stadium – Carlos Barraza: We finished the concentration space, a project that reinforces our commitment to the local community and sport.
- Modular Houses and Offices: We launch a product manufactured in our own plant, which guarantees quality, speed and precision.
- Vincere Building: We inaugurated this project with the delivery of 32 units in Panamericana, consolidating our experience in residential developments.
- Coti Residential – Brazil: We are rapidly advancing towards the final stage of this building in Canasvieiras, with delivery scheduled for March 2025. Thanks to this project, we will begin three new developments in Florianópolis, in the Ingleses and Canasvieiras neighborhoods.
- Abbinatura III: We continue to deliver apartments, fulfilling our commitment to quality and punctuality.
- Dino Commercial Pass: We successfully completed the deed of this project in Manzanares, Pilar.
We reaffirm our commitment to innovation in architectural design, the use of sustainable technologies and responsible development. We will continue to create modern and efficient housing solutions, minimizing our environmental impact and contributing to the well-being of communities.
We deeply thank our collaborators, clients, suppliers and strategic allies for being part of this journey. Every step taken has left us valuable lessons, and every decision made has led us to the place where we are today.
