Finnish history got a new NHL goal scorer.

Finnish promise of the Winnipeg Jets Brad Lambert21, scored the first goal of his NHL career late Saturday evening Finnish time.
The NHL published a video of the Finnish goal on its social media accounts.
Lambert’s chain mate Parker Ford rumbled towards the goal, strongly protecting the puck, but did not manage to push himself to the goal.
He took the puck behind the goal and went around to the other post. He turned the puck towards the goal from the sideline, and the puck found its way to the back post, where a wizened Lambert was waiting.
Lambert punched the puck into the net and went wildly fanning himself to skate towards the corner of the rink.

The first of Lambert’s career came against the Pittsburgh Penguins in Winnipeg’s home arena. made a save with the Penguins’ goal Artūrs Šilovs.
Lambert, who also has Canadian roots, is the Jets’ first-round selection from the 2022 NHL Entry Draft.
The Jets booked the Finn in the 30th round.
