Manufacturers have different views on the market situation. Arm-based processors have arrived in a rush to the PC market. However, Intel, which develops x86-based processors, is full of enthusiasm. One of Intel’s two interim CEOs, Michelle Johnston Holthaus, commented on the issue at financial giant Barclays’ annual technology conference in December.
