Heikki Silvennoinen’s memorial broadcast got Finns on the screens.
The well-known singer, comedian and actor Heikki Silvennoinen passed away on December 18. Silvennoinen was 70 years old when he died.
Among the most watched programs of the last week was Finnpanel’s as seen on the YleTV1 channel Heikki Silvennoinen – guitarist and comedian – memorial broadcast. The program shown on Thursday, December 19, was the most watched program of the channel right after the news broadcasts. An average of 565,000 viewers watched the memorial broadcast.

Silvennoinen’s friends were also heard in the touching memorial broadcast. Among others, Mikko Kuustonen, Elsa Saisio and Heikki Vihinen participated in the broadcast.
